The RTI intake system is built to reduce airflow restriction and turbulence compared to the factory setup. Jeep already gave the WL Grand Cherokee a cold air system with ducting from the front grille, but they cheaped out on the filter! Our upgrade kit replaces the flat paper filter with a high flow unit.
