Giulia 2.0 and QV Brake Ducts
Upgrade your Alfa Romeo Giulia 2.0 or Quadrifoglio (QV) with purpose-built brake cooling ducts engineered for performance driving and track use. Printed in a fully enclosed chamber and annealed for maximum strength, these brake ducts boast a heat deflection temperature of up to 280C which provides a ton of overhead when air is actively flowing through them to cool not only the part itself but your brakes as well. The Front ducts press on to the lower control arm and direct high speed air to the center of the rotor hat. The rear ducts (for QV only) use included self-tapping screws to attach to the undertray to grab cool air from underneath the car and direct them straight to the center hat.
Material: Precision 3D printed from PPA-CF (polyphthalamide carbon fiber reinforced), a high-strength, high-heat-resistant polymer. This advanced composite provides excellent thermal stability, stiffness, and durability under the extreme conditions of spirited road driving and extended track sessions.
Function: Designed to channel fresh air directly to the front brake rotors, helping reduce operating temperatures, minimize brake fade, and extend rotor and pad life.
